Nothing could have prepared me for what happened on a routine maternity visit. I was 13 weeks pregnant and chating with Dr. Peskin when he revealed the fetus I was carrying had no heart beat. As I was rushed to the ultrasound department he encouraged me to call my husband and gave me as much time as I needed to get ready for the unexpected loss. Not only was he sympathetic but encouraged us to try again when we were ready. Something in his voice was genuine and sincere and he offered unending support in our time of need.
We went on to have a rocky pregnancy that produced a second beautiful baby boy.
Now as I lay here in wait to have another D & C performed due to a misscaraige, I think back on how caring and soft his eyes were and I hear his sympathetic voice reassure me yet a second time.
Not only is Dr. Peskin caring, he reminds me that I have two healthy children as proof that there is still a chance for a third child, when we are ready…
Thank God for the healing and reassuring nature that Dr. Peskin so naturally possesses, thank God.

I too am one of Dr. Peskin's patients, seeing him for my overall female health…not pregnacy. I am divorced and have had a number of issues that I have had to deal with alone. He has been my best friend at times, my reassurance, and always….always understanding, sympathetic and a true blessing.
I have referred his practice to a number of friends, as one of my very dear friends did for me years ago.
I too thank God for guiding me to Dr. Peskin.
