After they control my seizures I would like please:

A totally awesome bicycle

A skateboard (with flames)

A trampoline

Maybe a pair of those shoes with roller wheels in the bottom.

And a big wrestling match with Dad.

I love you Mom and Dad and you nice doctors and nurses,
