You really had me going there for a while, the dizziness, lack of sleep, rage, depression and feelings of downright insanity. Here's the story plain and simple, I'm done with you!

Thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at the Cleveland Clinic we now know it was you that caused all of these things. They are switching my meds, they say we have to phase you out but if it was up to me we'd nix you right away.

I hear from friends and family how "sad" it is that I have lived like this for so long, that none of the local Doctors knew, that nobody knew what you were capable of. Well you didn't think of the people in Cleveland did you! They really know their stuff and they had you pegged from the moment I walked in.

I have plans, big ones and if there is any of you left after the phasing process is complete I may just throw you off the mountain I plan on climbing!
