As I have grown stronger and more confident, I appreciate seeing the world through the innocent eyes of my grandchild. The way he looked at me in amazement when I took him on his first elevator ride, reminded me how my priorities have changed. I no longer feel the need to acquire more material items. Instead, I thank God every day for guiding the surgeon's hands and letting me live to enjoy my grandson as he makes new discoveries.

Without the expertise and dedication of the doctors and staff at the Cleveland Clinic I would not have my health and a new outlook on life. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who assisted in my diagnosis and treatment.

With much gratitude,
Grandma Dianne
