Cath Attlee 's Letter

To my granddaughter, Willow,

I hope that we have succeeded in protecting the Planet Earth which you love, by reducing carbon dioxide to net zero. Together we have planted trees and campaigned against the use of fossil fuels, we have asked for more wind turbines and coastal energy capture and solar panels. We have urged the Government to support insulation of homes and other buildings to conserve energy.
Hopefully you will be able to see more wild animals, birds and insects and be safe from floods and fires because of rewinding in the UK and across the World.
If we have failed, I am so sorry- now it is up to you and your generation to tackle the problems ahead.
