Elizabeth Harrison's Letter

To my children,

I hope that 2030 is a better place to live in than it is now. I hope that our beautiful countryside is restored to its former haven for wildlife. I hope that our seas are cleaner and a safe place for the wildlife that lives in it. I hope that the air we breath is cleaner and fresher. Our hope that the soil under our feet is protected and nurtured. I hope that we use all our knowledge and understanding of wildlife around us to protect and support it. I hope we all learn to respect nature and the environment and people who spoil and pollute our world are punished for it. I hope that politicians and leaders of country's, use their collective intelligence for saving our planet rather than boosting their own egos. I wish that the health and happiness of a nation was more important than wealth.

I hope.
