My Future Self ,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the past. Right now people are protesting for change because the world around us is falling apart. I hope when you are reading this the world has changed and become a better place. While Earth’s climate has changed throughout its history, the current warming is happening at a rate not seen in the past 10,000 years. I hope the future will be different. I hope the world will have changed by then because after 2030 climate change will be irreversible. To help you can stop using plastic and go litter picking. We can do this, we can combat climate change. Let's be the first to take a step forward. When I grow up I want to be living in a green world with no litter, no emissions and no pollution.
