Kathryn Davies's Letter

To the indigenous peoples of the world,

I am sorry that we thought that we were somehow better and more godly than you, and the lands you had occupied for many generations were "undeveloped" and free for the taking. How deluded we were and still are. Now because of our greed and actions, nature, that on which we all rely is suffering, and unless we make grass roots change will there be a future? Some areas are already experiencing floods, fire and droughts, yet I don't see the changes that are needed being fast tracked, just leaders who don't seem to be up to the challenges and hell bent on making things worse. I hope that renewable energy and regenerative farming get the boost they need. I so want people to come together and make the individual changes that collectively will make a difference, to live locally and collaborate globally.
